Going into our 10th year at Coquette we wanted to make some changes that hopefully insure the longevity and productivity of the restaurant. The success of our business is predicated on taking care of our guests and the only way we think that is possible is by taking care of our staff first. Starting this week we will be closed on Mondays and will no longer be serving brunch on the weekends. While we are sad to see brunch go it means we can focus on what truly drives the business, our dinner services. It also insures that no one is working a double on any given day. Closing Monday gives our team time to regroup and to have a full day off together, if they choose. We are excited for these changes and believe it will lead to a better dining experience for our guests and a better quality of life for ourselves and the amazing people that work with us.
