Floor Manager

We are hiring a floor manager.

Responsibilities  include:

-The management of 4 dinner services a week.

-Professional management of front of house staff (bartenders, servers, server assistants, runners & hosts)

- Fostering daily collaboration between front of house staff and back of house staff

-Extensive knowledge of Coquette’s food/wine and drink menus

-Printing of daily menu changes, counting in/counting out of cash drawer, programming of Aloha POS to reflect menu changes,

-Vigilant, clear and constant communication with kitchen manager/owners during service of all food and drink issues/guest complaints while maintaining an extremely high level of customer service, constructive management of employee performance & maintenance of our dining room atmosphere. 

We also require participation in a weekly (1 hour)  management meeting where we discuss staffing, conflict resolution, staff engagement, review of policy and repairs that need to occur.
