Chef de Cuisine
Jeremy Wolgamott started cooking with his mother at the age of five. After a childhood of learning to love food he started cooking professionally at age 16. After high school Jeremy moved to Ruston, LA where he cooked his way through business school and met his wife, Candy. After college he moved to Los Angeles where he worked for Chef David LeFevre at Water Grill.
His next move was back to Louisiana where he helped open Wine Country Bistro as a line cook before being promoted to sous chef and getting married in the same month. After three years at Wine Country, Jeremy decided it was time to move to New Orleans. He worked for Chef Donald Link at Herbsaint, and Cochon before being contacted by Chef Adolfo Garcia to help open High Hat Café, where he served as the head chef for six years. After leaving High Hat he opened Stokehold Restaurant inside Port Orleans Brewery, where he and his partners made upscale pub fare. He joined the Coquette team in 2018!
